Le Bon Choix is a premium French boulangerie and pâtisserie offering artisan breads, gourmet sandwiches, pastries, and catering across Southeast Queensland. Perfect for corporate meetings, office catering, and events, their menu includes freshly baked breads, sandwich platters, pastries, and sweet treats, all made fresh daily.
Founded by Savico Basset-Rouge, who trained under renowned pastry chef Laurent Boillon, the first Le Bon Choix store opened in Albany Creek, Brisbane in 2004. A flagship location on Queen Street in Brisbane’s CBD soon followed, earning a loyal corporate and café following.
Today, Le Bon Choix operates multiple locations across Southeast Queensland, delivering authentic French baking and café experiences.
